Binding supplies ready
[20 August 2017     This post was originally posted on a previous version of this site. Updates are no longer viable on that version, so I have migrated platforms and imported/copied posts from one to another. I maintain a personally archived site; there are also pages available from the Wayback Machine as well. Many things are broken – but you are welcome to visit the copy of the original!

This page is archived at http://oldsite.cjmconnors.com/content/bookbinding-practice-session-1

I have taken the liberty of making comments and notes in these old posts, those are {marked}.]

My first attempt at a {period} text block on my own. My A&S busy work during a rainy yurt building day* with folks inside and out. The autoplay settings go too fast to allow for reading the captions, so please click at the bottom of the slideshow to display the buttons to go forward and back. 🙂

* We, along with 13 friends from 5 local groups, built 9 yurts in our driveway. My husband Fearghus was the mastermind behind that effort and we are pleased to note they are still loved and  used and can be seen at Pennsic to this day.
