As you have seen I have tried my hand at paper-making. It tends to go better in the summer when I can be outside to make such a big mess and it’s easier to dry off. Doing it inside is messy. That said, I have taught it a few times indoors for my Shire, and then it’s fun anywhere! (Just don’t dump the leftover water anywhere that will clog a drain or damage the environment!)Back on topic… I wrote up these notes on the history of paper for when I teach papermaking.
